Joel Percey

Joel Percey is one of the co-directors at Kingbella Group. Joel’s experience is in managing the entire development and construction process from the land acquisition feasibility stage all the way to completion. Joel specialises in dealing with local council, external consultants, negotiating with builders to deliver a quality development which is on budget and on time for their partners.
Prior to joining Kingbella Group in 2019, Joel spent over 10 years as a Business Development Manager within the Electrical Industry. Through his experience, he understands the value of long-term client relations and endeavours to ensure a seamless partnership
